Tasting - Dibon Cava

Name: Dibon Cava
Variety: Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macaabeo
Region: Sant Sadurni
Country: Spain
Year: Non-vintage
Price: $9.95
Wine Review: The nose offers regal yeast and richness, while the palate has complexity to prop up apple, citrus and grapefruit flavors. Solid from front to back, with health and freshness.
My Review: The Cava was a light color and very bubbly. It had a semi sweet smell as well as an apple smell. It had a very fizzy fell as I drank it. The Cava was dry and had a grapefruit taste. I thought this was a good Cava.
Food: I did not taste this wine with food.
