Wine Review: This Zinfandel is from Paso Robles. It is rich with silky texture and soft tannins.
My Review: This wine had a dark color. It had a cherry smell. The zinfandel was slightly peppery and had a cherry flavor. You could feel the peppery flavor on the back of your throat. It had a very smooth finish. I thought this wine was excellent.
Food: I did not taste this wine with food.
